Alaina’s Staff
Alaina’s Children’s Center provides you with confidence and peace of mind knowing that each member of our staff is thoroughly trained and Certified as required by The State of Michigan. Every employee must undergo an FBI Fingerprint Check, Michigan Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, National Sex Offender Registry, as well as Criminal History Registry. This includes Special Programs teachers that come to visit at Alaina’s. Each employee must complete courses in Health and Safety, Safe Sleep, Blood Borne Pathogens, Child and Infant CPR as well as First Aid. Alaina’s staff are required to complete ongoing training as well as maintain annual certifications.
